Operating model

Show the work.
Then automate it.

SlideOS begins with the business result and works backward. The system only admits the source material needed for that result, prepares it, checks it, and then routes approved work through automation, AI, or human review.

01 / Select

Choose the source

Clipboard entry, email, PDF, spreadsheet, CRM record, ERP extract or approved internal feed.

02 / Normalize

Prepare the data

Map fields, clean formatting, deduplicate, template and retain source identity.

03 / Verify

Pass the checkpoint

Check completeness, schema, quality, permissions, timing and expected-versus-observed state.

04 / Process

Run bounded work

Automation, local compute, selective AI, scheduled batch work, operator action or professional review.

05 / Return

Deliver the outcome

Report, task, reconciliation, summary, approved handoff, evidence packet or invoice-ready completion.

No silent shortcut: a failed checkpoint, missing source, unresolved contradiction, budget breach or locality requirement can stop or defer the run instead of being hidden by an apparently successful output.
Control points

Every stage can carry policy.

SOURCE

Custody

Who owns it, where it may live, what may leave the boundary and what must remain local.

DATA

Validity

Schema, completeness, duplicate/null rates, data quality, provenance and classification.

COMPUTE

Budget

Token limits, GPU time, cost ceilings, model class, deadline and priority.

NETWORK

Access

Deny-by-default intranet corridors, approved services and explicit egress policy.

REVIEW

Authority

Automated completion, operator approval, customer approval or professional review.

OUTPUT

Evidence

Result identity, run identity, source lineage, verification status and next expected action.

Human and machine lanes

The workflow does not require one style of oversight.

A simple recurring thread may run automatically. A higher-risk thread can pause for a customer-facing operator, subject-matter reviewer or owner approval. Both paths use the same underlying evidence and completion state.

Automated thread when rules are satisfied.
Assisted thread with human checkpoints.
Professional-review handoff for judgment-sensitive work.
Invoice-ready signal only after defined completion conditions.
Map one thread

Bring the current process, not a perfect specification.

We can start from the real source material, the people involved and the result you need. The first job is to make the workflow visible enough to control.
